What foods to avoid if you don't want excessive estrogen that many men and women suffer from today?

conventional beef is also full of it. All industrially produced lifestock is given hormones to initiate pregnancies and such. although i have to add that I'm not a professional vet and do not exactly know the doses and specific derivatives of the hormones used. But I think its fairly secure to generally claim meat as a main source of dietary hormones.

Soy products. Consume more meats with animal fats, never consume food stored in plastic containers, lift weights and filter your water, the female hormones and medicines in the water supply are a real kick in the panties.

Right. The point is that many medications survive the water treatment plant and end up back in the tap water again.

It's a larger problem in highly developed nations than it is in 3rd world shitholes, mainly because there are so many medications being used/flushed in modernized countries:

>People take pills. Their bodies absorb some of the medication, but the rest of it passes through and is flushed down the toilet. The wastewater is treated before it is discharged into reservoirs, rivers or lakes. Then, some of the water is cleansed again at drinking water treatment plants and piped to consumers. But most treatments do not remove all drug residue.
I live in a country with so much clean (river) water that this sort of thing is unimaginable for me.

uh, it's high testosterone that does that. mtf trannies have like no risk of developing prostate cancer and it actually shrinks when they take loads of estrogen

It doesn't, they're estrogenic and anti-androgenic activity is so weak they're essentially placebos. A biological male would have more estrogenic activity in their bods just from the testosterone that gets converted to estradiol than they'd get from pm.

The only difference in those pictures is that they're posed differently.
