does /ck/ do mealprep?
I don't mind eating the same thing all week long and I hate having to figure out meals every day of the week. Plus, it means I can easily buy in bulk for one recipe and cook it all in one go.

The problem I'm having is that everything I find revolving around this is uber-fitness crap that costs $80 a week for one person or it's bizarre diet crap.
I don't need either of those things, I just want recipes for meals I can cook on sunday and then eat for a week

I make a big pot of spicy chili in a Dutch oven and just make a new pot of pasta whenever I run out. Just microwave and stir. Lasts me 5 days usually. Great with eggs.

Don't follow those faggoty diets. They're for people who want to be trendy and post pictures of their kale smoothies. Lots of protein, vitamins and don't eat simple carbs. Dodge carbs in general. Learn what freezes well. If you have a deep freeze, you can bulk buy, bulk cook and plan lots of different meals by strategic use of the zip lock bag. Portion shit out before you freeze it and bobs your uncle.
