Why are you such a disgusting fatbody, chipotle eaters?

Throw the gigantic burrito out the window and shake some of that fat off your ass for a change.

A sack full of groceries stuffed in a tortilla parachute is not a meal for a normal human.

This is pretty weak bait OP.

You can do better. Apply yourself next time.

Just because you order something that comes in a large serving size does not obligate you to consume it all in one sitting.
If you do not require the calories to fuel your metabolism, feel free to save some and eat it at another meal or share it with another person.
This was common sense for most people at one point.

This. If you order a balanced item and make 2-3 meals out of it there's nothing inherently unhealthy about Chipotle.

Although there are lots of people who go to Chipotle and order double meat burritos with extra white rice and cheese and sour cream, and proceed to eat the whole thing in one sitting. Those people will almost certainly get fat (though most of them are already).

My sister orders a burrito bowl and and chips every time she goes to Chipolte.
She also works out every day.
Literally calories out > calories in

came here to post this. that image is misleading as fuck. it literally all depends on what else you're eating and how much calories you're taking in

I eat a bowl 3-4 times a week
Brown Rice
Chicken
Fajita
Hot sauce
Extra corn
Little sour cream
Little cheese
Lettuce
I think it comes out to about 750 calories

correlation != causation

If you eat two burritos on top of your typical 4k calorie diet then you're going to get fat. Fucking fatfucks will blame anybody for their lack of self control

the tortilla alone is 300 calories.
If you're underweight or bulking it's a good way to go because it's not like the food is shit quality.
It SHOULDN'T be because of Chipotle's high standards. if it is shit quality it's probably just a shitty chipotle overall.
simple fact is dont be a lard ass and eat chipotle every day.

Chipotle advertises itself as sustainable. Sustainable does not mean "you should eat this every meal"

Also, if all you eat all day is 2 chipotle burritos, you still wouldn't get fat.

Pretty much this, I workout every day so I can eat all the Chipotle I want and not get fat, because it's high calorie nutrient dense food that isn't completely packed with sugar. Granted it's still "fast food" so it has a lot of sodium, and potentially fat depending on what you get, but I'm not an old man so I literally don't give a shit about that.

If you bought two Chipotle Burritos, cut them in half, and had a half every few hours, you'd be decently full
Or do what I do and just skip breakfast or lunch

How do people do this? I'm a small guy (5'8'', 135 lbs.) and if I just had half of a chipotle burrito for lunch I would be starving. A whole burrito would be a solid full meal for me.

Your body can adapt to different eating schedules
As long as you eat enough food every day, your body will adapt to the schedule and you'll slowly stop getting hungry
