All right, boys. I'm looking for a cheap, nutritious, and most importantly filling breakfast meal plan.

I tried greek yogurt with granola and various fruits, but I'm usually hungry again by 10am.

Semen. Lots of semen from many different men.

Hah. Nice try. Semen has a low calorie count per serving.

That means you can eat a lot of it to fill you up. Just carry around a bunch of it in a thermos and sip it throughout the morning when you start to feel hungry.

Could you imagine how long the collection process would be? That's just uneconomical, man.

yogurt and rice

calorie dense rice + high protein yogurt will keep you full for a long time

oatmeal

Eat that, plus a boiled egg with hot sauce first. You need more protein to keep you from getting hungry.

People actually pay you to extract it, so it works out.

What about slow cooker steel cut oatmeal with honey, cinnamon and half-and-half along with three scrambled eggs and some toast?

Your hunger problem was probably partly caused by a sugar crash from all the granola and fruits. Try replacing those with some sort of cheap nut, and precede the yogurt with a large bowl of cheap mixed vegetables. Carrots, spinach, cabbage, and the like.

Maybe add a boiled egg and strip of bacon if it doesn't break the budget. It's not necessary because you should be getting enough protein from the yogurt to last until lunch.

You need more fiber and/or protein. Add oatmeal and/or eggs.
