Fried eggs and rice in the morning. Breakfast meat or sauteed whatever vegetable this is.
Lunch is leftover from last night, or a sandwich if they aren't leftovers.
Dinner is usually a slowly cooked protein (stew, roast, and chili keep a while) with rice or pasta and a vegetable. Usually the first vegetable I see. I jog daily, I swim weekends when I have time. I could lift more regularly.
On holidays it's the same thing but with desert and no leftovers.
