I think we can all agree that the best SRQ(Sauce retention quotent) and highest probability of fork to mouth would be either Radiatori or Pipe Rigate

any sort of Conchiglie(shells) are ruled out due to the high probability of pasta sticking to/inside one another during the cooking process
although they do offer a high SRQ

other considerations were given to rocchetti, riccioli and cavatelli but are generally considered an inferior sauce delivery mechanism
