If you have a machine and a food processor? Shit easy.

Is it worth it? Not really, I can buy about a gorillion varieties of fresh pasta at the store across from work and it costs practically nothing unless I want the ortolan stuffed saffron smoked ravioli.

But for a lot of folks the best you can do at the local piggly wiggly is $8 for a pack of de cecco cryovac pasta preserved with propylene glycol, so if that was me I'd probably get another pasta maker. As it stands, buying one is about as retarded as buying a juicer.

making your own filled Ravioli, yes ( make huge batch and freeze them individually...)
