I like a lot of them but pic related is a really good one, it's certainly hot but mega flavorful too so can be used directly unlike a lot of superhot sauces which are really only good for heat or adding to other things.

I love this hot sauce, I use this on deer meat when I have it and it taste great on other things. I like the smokey flavor
