Can't wait to set it off with some good ketchup.

>> No.6672557

Dry aged, not aged and dried.
Dry aging makes for meatier taste, wet aging makes for a more bloody taste, it purely comes down to preference.

I don't ever do a gravy. I don't really understand the nature of that culinary method.

What we usually do with pan drippings is just soak them up with slices of bread.

Meat is not usually topped with anything but on rare occasions it's topped with roasted garlic and parsley.

>> No.6674058

There's more than one dish you can do with a calf.

Also, it's not like we don't eat steak or sausage or lamb or any other variety of meat. We just like adding other stuff to our dishes. Have you ever had meatloaf? It's amazing. What about meatballs? Do you hate meatballs because it's not a freaking sirloin?

You got to cook the steak for 2hrs on super low heat the out sides will be nice and brown why the inside is bloody read , When you cut in to the beef the out side try's to keep its shape why the inside red meat try's to expand out, So damn juicy.
