I know the basics of cooking. I'm doing good.

But I was wondering, what is a good meal to cook for a girl when she's in your house...?

I mean surely I can't cook her spaghetti. Nothing bad with that, but I wish to learn some more fancier cooking tricks.

veggie lasagne every time

real talk just learn to buy and cook a nice piece of fish with some crushed potatoes and a good sauce. learn to make omelettes. ligurian pasta. a blended vegetable soup. bread. it's about the girl it's about making good ass food, just ask her what she likes if you're stumped for ideas but keep it fucking simple.

my mom used to make this awesome spinach pesto when I was in hs. I made it for some friends the other day and they loved it! try it for ya girl
sautee some garlic and shallots in olive oil (use a minimal amount because oily food is disgusting) then add about a pound of spinach once the shallots are translucent and when the spinach is wilted add it to a blender with 1/4-1/2c pine nuts, a shitton of basil, and a little more olive oil and blend. toss into pasta with some grape tomatoes and DONE.
