I'm not going to do it myself but if you have any kitchen sense at all you can make better plates than the "wifey material" posts.
If all you have is one pot you can make a wide variety of dishes, or you can by kits to make food (ex. kraft mac and cheese) and not fuck it up.
Cook a chicken breast on a skillet and melt some cheese on it with a side of canned corn and voila you have a meal that looks better than half the wifey material foods. That takes zero ability and makes a solid meal.

The basic foods I always keep around are brown rice, vegetable pasta, spicy brown mustard, honey, that ortega mild taco sauce, and teriyaki sauce. You can make so much filling food from it all that's also pretty tasty and it's all easy to get in bulk, make, and keeps for a long time in the fridge too.

Snacks I keep around are usually multigrain chips, lays baked potato chips, and honey twist pretzles. For sweets I keep around some chocolate to nibble on or non-dairy icecream in the freezer. And in the freezer there's always some easy to heat and eat frozen microwave or usually oven food that's usually egg rolls, onion rings, or some sort of potato something that I'm in the mood for at the time.

This is more appealing to the eye, the use of positioning and warm colors makes the dish look extremely inviting. I'm left guessing what the sauces might be. The plate is the only issue here - it's dull and boring and the angle isn't quite right. 7/10
