I don't approve of you lifestyle, but here are some recipes I had saved;
raw lasagna with cilantro pesto, sun-dried tomatoes and marinated veggies: serves 1 or 2 (probably just you)

Marinated veggies:
1 tomato
1 cup mushrooms
Any other veggies you like
1 tablespoon tamari
1 teaspoon walnut oil (optional)

Cilantro-walnut pesto:
2 cups fresh cilantro
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
Juice from 1 lemon
1 peeled garlic clove
Salt, to taste
Water, as needed

Sun-dried tomato spread:
1/2 cup sprouted chickpeas (or cooked, if you like)
1 tablespoon tahini
Juice from 1 lemon
1 peeled garlic clove
1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes
Salt, to taste
Water, as needed

Lasagna noodles:
1 zucchini

Other toppings:
Handful of olives
1/4 cup chives
Other stuff you like

To prepare the veggies: slice the the mushrooms and tomato and put in a bowl. Throw the tamari (and oil, if using) on them and mix in with your hands until evenly covered. Put in the dehydrator or oven - at it's lowest temperature - to marinate while you make the other stuff.

To make the pesto: pulse all the ingredients in your food processor until it becomes a pesto-like consistency, adding water or other liquid as needed. Put in a bowl and set aside.

To make the tomato spread: blend all the ingredients in your food processor until it's pretty smooth and the tomatoes are in small pieces and have started turning the mixture reddish, adding water or other liquid as needed.

To make the noodles: slice the zucchini on a mandolin into thin pieces.

Assembly: lay two noodles beside each other, slightly overlapping and layer with all the good stuff you just made. Top it off with olives and chives and you are ready to "arrest" this mofo.

Ingredients

1 large zucchini (1 per person)
grape, cherry or mini heirloom tomatoes, halved
jalapeno, thinly sliced and seeds removed (optional)
arugula
pea shoots (optional)
zest of one meyer lemon or regular lemon


Avocado-Cucumber Puree

1 medium avocado
1 cucumber, peeled and sliced thick
a few large leaves of basil (optional)
1 meyer lemon or regular lemon, juice of
2 garlic cloves
1/4 teaspoon white pepper or black pepper to taste
salt to taste


Prepare your zucchini noodles julienne style or spiralized. Or alternately, cook your pasta of choice, about 8 ounces.

For the puree, place all ingredients into a food processor/blender and process until creamy. Taste for flavor adding anything extra you might like.

Toss zucchini pasta with avocado-cucumber puree and a handful of arugula. Serve with tomatoes, peas shoots, jalapenos, lemon zest, lemon wedges and fresh cracked pepper.

Raw Cheezy Lemon Herb Noodles Recipe

Makes 2-3 servings

INGREDIENTS:

Kelp noodles

For the cheeze sauce:

1 c. cashews (soaked for 2 hours)
juice of 1 lemon
1 1/2 tsp. lemon zest (reserve 1/2 tsp for garnish)
1/2 tsp Nama Shoyu (or use GF soy sauce)
1 Tb nutritional yeast
1 green onion, thinly sliced
1 Tb parsley
2 sprigs rosemary
1 Tb olive oil
1 Tb water
pinch of salt
microgreens (to garnish)
chopped parsley (to garnish)

DIRECTIONS:

In a high-speed blender, place all of the ingredients inside and blend until smooth and thick. If the sauce is still too thick, you can add more water or lemon juice; 1 tsp at a time.
If you want your noodles to not be cold, place kelp noodles in a ziploc baggie, making sure it is completely sealed. Place in a warm water bath until the noodles have warmed up a bit (you might have to refresh the warm water).
Combine noodles and sauce, stirring well. Garnish with parsley, microgreens, and lemon zest.

Take a bunch of raw vegetables and arrange them in an appealing way. Take a picture and post to instagram, pintrest, etc. Make sure to include the words healthy, quick, easy, and yummy (or delish) at least once even if it isn't one or all of those things. Dump it in the trash can and go to mcdonalds.
