So I had this at a BBQ Saturday I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. It's called a Swineapple and it's a hollowed out pineapple stuffed with pork loin or country style boneless ribs wrapped in bacon. My buddy cooked it several hours on a smoker while adding some sort of apple juice and sugar concoction periodically. I didn't realize it was meme food until after the fact but I have to say it was really good. I was wondering what the opinions of the cu/ck/stars were on this dish?

Oh I didn't mean that in a bad way. I had never heard of it until last weekend and me being the sperg I am researched it and saw all the references to it were no older than a week. It being wrapped in bacon and a heavy meat dish automatically makes it predisposed to being meme food as in you might see the epic meal people or redditors waxing poetically on it. I loved it, it was great

I guess it would work if you had a really serious sweet tooth. The pineapple to pork ratio in a slice of that would be way too much for me.
