They're hit or miss.
Her dessert recipes have all worked out for me, but her recipes for dinner are kinda meh.

They're not exactly bland, but they could be more exciting. I approve of her because she makes a better caliber of food than most American families are eating seem accessible to them.

The only recipe of hers I use if for potato soup, and even that I modified a little bit.

It's not bad though. Better than a lot of other recipes I've seen/tried.
