I'm from the Chicago area and I hate deep dish. Crispy thin crust with spicy sauce is where it's at. That's pretty typical of a lot of the south side pizza places.

Pic related is the best fast food in the area though. Plenty of people will have opinions on what to do with a hot dog or pizza, but I don't think I've ever seen someone complain about an Italian beef sandwich.
