Now to begin your chicken, take off any fat, skin, or veins as this will make your tenders have little mines inside to hurt your teeth upon or even make the meat taste like shit. Now for the coating, we're going to go right left right. Start with a solid coat of flour, get a SOLID egg wash on it, and then back into the flour. This makes those nice little crispy bits and will also assure your chicken stays moist. And yes ive had dry as fuck fried chicken that eas fresh, fucking heresy

Batter can make the chicken sickeningly greasy and you know that. Shit just sponges it up. Also make sure you toss th3 chicken into the fryer and not just easy it on in.
