I just got into a fight with my girlfriend

I've told her half a dozen times that you're supposed to put the food into the oven/pot only when it is preheated/water boiling

I go out there and see a pot with potatoes and one with artichokes in water not anywhere close to boiling. I ask her what the fuck and she point to the tiny bubbles congregating at the very bottom of the pot and says "what its boiling?!"

After 10 minutes no skin was forming so she asked me what to do. I just told her that the potatoes needed to dry out in the fridge before boiling them in low temperature oil. She thanked me and she started another batch. since then it happens again and again. But its so nice how she says thank you every time.
