I kind of am/have been for about a year now, not intentionally though, just started by lowering my calories and it didnt take long before i realised swapping wheat products for more vegetables meant i could eat more volume but significantly lower calorie intake.

Managing calories in vs out is the only real way to manage weight, everything else is fad bullshit.

You do realize that most vegetables have about 80% of their calories come from carbs, unless you're ingesting vegetable based oils all day, and eating avocados, I dont see how this is possible.

Even nuts have too many carbs to make em the majority of your calories on keto.

keto guy here. for breakfast i have

anywhere between 30-70 grams of peanut butter
30-40 grams of broccoli to eat it with
20 ml of fish oil

then during the day i have some combination of

eggs (up to 4)
coconut oil
cheddar cheese
milled flaxseed
whey powder

sometimes spinach and/or kale

i use a lot of alternative flours when i'm doing low carb:

flax meal
almond flour
soy flour
coconut flour

each flour can be used in the microwave "1 minute muffin" recipe. the coconut one tastes best imo.
