I light up my outdoor deep fryer, and cook frozen food. Yes, even tendies.

Takes like 15 minutes and the mess and odor stays outside.

If there are no leftovers, I'll usually cheat my way to a fast tomato soup.

Slice an onion and a clove of garlic and a stalk of celery if you have it.

Fry in a large amount of quality olive oil.

Add a can of quality tomatoes and rinse out the can with water.

Season with salt, black pepper, cayenne, and smoked paprika.

Add a chicken stock cube.

Simmer for 10 minutes and then blend.

Adjust with sugar if you used shitty tomatoes.

That's probably the laziest dish I can do if I'm tired.

If there's almost nothing left I eat roasted bread with onions and cheese. Just put the bread in the oven till crunchy, then slice it open and put a cheese layer and on top onions. Then cook for 20 min. (Or order a pizza if all goes wrong).

I order something, usually pizza.
Alternatively, if some prep is allowed, I have liters of frozen soup stock. I throw a few handfuls of whatever into that.
Also KD, and Lipton chicken noodle packets are also on hand.
