Toast some activated almonds and grind into a powder add some water to paste and coat the chicken. place in oven and bake for 30-25 mins.

Boil some water but make sure to start with cold water as it cools the calories. Add some rice and cook for 10-12 mins. 3 mins before the end throw in some frozen peas.

You could even go mad and add a pinch of saffron soaked in milk to the rice to colour it and to give it an earthy flavour.

Asparagus/carrots/penis for the side (no-homo).

The only thing you should use an oven for is bread (e.g. biscuits, cornbread) and dessert (e.g. pies, cakes, brownies). Whenever you want gentle, dry, precise heat.

My favorite recipe lately:

Marinate the breasts with
- olive oil
- lemon juice (2 lemons for 4 breasts)
- pepper
- one spoon of cumin powder
- chopped parsley (a good amount)
- one or 2 cloves of garlic depending on how you like it

And then steam it. Delicious with steamed zucchinis and steamed carrots.

I tried with other herbs like basil but I found parsley to be the best, even though I'm not such a fan of it usually.
