So I recently tried dry cucumber soda and fell in love. I bought a couple cucumbers, west do? What recipes do you guys have for cucumbers. I wasn't something light and refreshing, maybe a cucumber tomato basil salad, got some fresh basil too.

I often make a salad with tomatoes, cucumber, onion, feta and olives. I usually peel the cucumbers, cut in half length-wise, scoop out the seeds, chop it up, add some sliced fresh tomatoes or halved cherry/grape tomatoes, some kalamata alives cut in half, crumbled feta, thinly sliced sweet onion, some minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and some fresh herbs.
