This is terrible, the garlic will just burn. Better idea:
>roast garlic
>blend that shit up with olive oil
>marinade chicken in mixture overnight
>then fry
>forget the fucking cheese.

Coconut oil shifts between solid and liquid at around room temperature. Stores are usually cooler. It's clearly warmer in the picture.
