I just finished fuckton of delicious cherries but the pits are just sitting there. They have to have some sort of use. Anyone?

if you get the kernel out and roast/grind them you can use it as a bitter almond type of flavouring but you might want to look into the health ramifications as if you fuck it up you could poison yourself
