i'm not a steak sperg but I do like it best the stereotypical "right" way. Just fresh ground pepper, sea salt, cooked medium rare. I prefer it flame grilled as opposed to pan fried.

four seasons blend, I tried it on my porter house and it was amazing

touch of red cayenne pepper powder
sea salt ground
black pepper either flake or ground
garlic salt or powder your choice

rub it in and then grab a fork and keep stabbing it and tenderizing it

so i grabbed my cajun seasoning mix and just used that + a little onion powder.
