even more delicious if you use shichimi togarashi to season.

you'll get a better coating if you dust the pork with flour before the egg wash goes on.

if you're using a deep fryer go for 3 min at 350F.

tonkatsu sauce can be replicated with ketchup + Worcestershire sauce.

I have no idea. It's like this sticky, sorta sweet teriyaki sauce, almost -- denser. Cloys to the mouth. It's one of the sauces I always keep around, along with Bulldog sauce, Kewpie mayo, and Chili oil
