An entire roast chicken with onions potatoes and carrots sharing the pan, and a side of steamed broccoli. Easy as fuck. Veggies roast in chicken fat and broccoli has more protein than the chicken. Don't be a pussy and eat the liver. Its great with the onions and a good amount of salt over it.

Here's a steak recipe some anon posted that I just have to attempt on thursday. I dub it: retard steak

It's a family recipe that i thought was going to be shit until i tried it but then it turned out to be amazing

>take 2 steaks, rib eye or sirloin or fillet work well, 1 small and 1 large
>take one of them (the small one) and cut three slits into the steak
>in one slit add ketchup, the next add mustard and the third add mayo
>close slits without spilling out sauce and cook as you normally would like it
>when finished, take the steak and put it in the blender
>blend until a smooth paste has formed
>take the other, bigger steak and again slice 3 slits into it
>take your other steak paste and fill it into the new slits (should fit well if you have 1 big and 1 small steak to start with)
>any leftover paste you can save for later
>cook the new steak until it's as done as you like it

It sounds weird, but it's genuinely the most delicious thing you will ever try.
