Occasionally we'll have a few health related threads, mainly focusing on food allergies, or specific dietary needs, but mainly it's the latter. Lots of cooking advice, some cook-along threads, WAY too many fast food/junk food threads, "who's your favorite tv chef" or "tv chef rage" threads, and "hotspot" thread are pretty common, particularly when people are visiting other countries. There's also lots of regional/national fights over who has the best/worst food.

No it's pretty much just the branding. Assuming RC refers to the Rockwell C scale (normally abbreviated HRC) it's pretty good steel, if a bit on the soft side. That probably just means it's not as brittle as the really hard knives, which means it will not hold a 16° edge (it's probably sharpened to a 20° edge) as long but it also won't chip as easily as one that does.
That said, it says Guy Fieri's Knuckle Sandwich on them. Fuck Guy Ferry and his fast-food reject restaurants.
