I tried alot of hot sauces but I always find myself going back to tabasco. I know it's not "hot" by enthusiast standards but it just adds this acidic tangy taste that can't be replicated by any other means.

All labels are just that, labels.

Captain Sleepy didn't copy anything from Dave's Gourmet. I used to buy his stuff by the case and have spoken with people from Sleepy's company on the phone. There was never a product from Dave's that had the same ingredients or taste of the Capn Sleepy's sauce.

They're different products. The problem now is convincing him to do a production run of his sauce. The Capn explained it to me once, it's expensive to do a production run plus he's hanging out on his boat down in Key West.
