I've been a lucky cunt for most of my life having an insanely fast metabolism, but it's finally starting to slow down. I've always eaten whatever the hell I wanted to, not exercised, and been skinny.

But, I'm getting the beginning of man tits and a gut. So I'm looking for some inspiration for healthy meals and snacks.

cut out carbs. eat mostly fish, poultry and beans for proteins (beef is ok in moderation, pork occasionally), eat spinach, tomatoes, brocolli & other low starch veg (potatos don't count), apples, oranges & bannanas as snacks. also, start lifting to gain muscle mass. that will help your metabolism. also improving your liver function with regular cleanse will help with burning fat. an easy way to do this is drink a couple tablespoons of apple cider vinegear in a glass of water (a few drops of honey helps) once a day before eating.
