Goofed on not frying your own chips. Takes 5 more minutes but makes all the difference. Buy a stack of corn tortillas like pic related, cut into quarters and throw them into a skillet full of corn oil.

Pull em out, pat dry with paper towels, then proceed as usual. They'll be way more robust than those you used, which probably broke every single time you tried to pick up any toppings.

More cheese, more refritos, more time in the oven, though I suspect you microwaved.

>Also, find a mexican and get them to teach you.

This means absolutely nothing. Being Mexican doesn't inexplicably make you better at making Mexican food, it's just a myth perpetuated by SJWs and Mexicans that want to take credit for something their ancestors have done. They also get hyper-defensive when any other race tries to emulate it despite them having nothing to do with its creation.

Is there a fallacy for this? I feel No True Scotsman isn't relevant enough.

Off topic question (unrelated to Mexicans and their cooking abilities concerning nachos), but I was wondering where I could get the nacho liquid cheese sauce from?
Live in Aus and none of the chain supermarkets seem to stock it.

You can buy the "to go" nachos from Woolworths and Coles that has the liquid cheese stuff. Its like $4 for a small container... It's not the greatest though.

I was thinking there must be a specific cheese they use to melt down to make the American style liquid sauce, and it's definitely not Kraft plastic slices
