Any flavor can be created with raw ingredients in the cooking/prep process if needs be.
Soy sauce, cumin, ground chili and crushed garlic are my most used. Occasional mayo/aioli, vinegar, pesto, tomato sauce and alfredo sauce is nice too.

If spices count, then I'd also have to go with salt.

If they don't I'd probably go with soy sauce I guess? I could make most other condiments myself without too much trouble. Ketchup, mustard, and mayo are all doable at home. Salad dressings too. I could even do hot sauce. But soy sauce has to be fermented and brewed. That would be way too difficult to do at home.

From what I understand Worcestershire sauce is pretty hard to make at home. Though I could do without it pretty easily.

Tabasco sauce. I have an extensive hot sauce/condiment collection and they all have their special place and application. But Tabasco is the only thing I keep on the table with the salt and pepper. It spruces up almost everything.

This is a sign of autism. If someone adds something to food to make it taste different, that's a spice. If you seriously consider that a spice and use it like one, yeah it's probably a spice. Your autism is just flaring up because salt is naturally in most things, the ocean has salt in it, it's not organic, etc.
