Greetings. My girlfriend Just recently started working for "Vector" and sells "CutCo" Knives. She is trying to go for a challenge of selling $15,000 worth of knives in 10 days, so she can win a $1,000 traveling voucher for a few days, and so far, she has had one customer and sold a bit over $200 worth of knives. If you wanted to schedule a meet to check out the knives, the meetings can be done via email and video chat as well. She's required to tell you that you aren't OBLIGATED to buy anything. Whether you do or don't buy, she still gets paid for scheduling the neeting . she can tell you more about it all than I can, but what I DO know is they will be the last knives you'll ever have to buy, and are very sharp, and a pair of scissors could cut through a penny, I've seen it myself! You also get a life time warranty, so if the knives break, you can get a new set free. They also don't charge to sharpen your cutco knives. If you're interested, we can trade emails and I can connect you to my girlfriend so a meeting can be scheduled. Any questions you have will be answered by her.

Pic relation. Some of the different CutCo knives and scissors. They even have a zombie set of combat knives that are pretty cool, too!

> be garage sale
> see a rusted and dull tray of knives
> barely make out CutCo brand
> by them for a buck a knife
> send them to the company cause of that lifetime warranty

I'm pretty sure they just sent me a brand new set instead of shining the old ones up. All in all they are great knives.

Dude, it's a scam. You and your girlfriend are idiots.

If I'm correct, I believe they do just send you a new set, while they fix the set you sent in, then sell those off. Would you be interested in buying any?

You don't know what you're talking about. The other anon in this thread even said he was satisfied. My girlfriend wasn't required to buy the knife set, and neither is the customer. And she still gets paid $16 for the appointment, whether it sells or not. I did tons of research before I let her work for them, because I heard it was a scam, as well. I talked to a few reps, and they clarified everything. If you need to, do that, because there is no scam.

I know what I'm talking about... You don't.

Also, he said he was satisfied with the free set of knives he got. Don't twist his words to support your move to get involved in a pyramid scheme.

awesome. I personally made over $19,400 during a summer selling cutco. don't let anyone talk you out of it they are afraid to see you succeed cuz ppl don't like when they're friend's get a head. it's a doggy dog world out their and u need to pull urself out by ur boot straps.

good luck 2 u and if u have any doubt's about the vector system remember their a multi million dollar company and they're success speaks for itself unlike the doubters who will stay poor.

>Would you be interested in buying any?

No, Why would I be? They're poor quality for the money. Their silly serrated edge works no better than any other serrated knife. Their "warranty" is really no better that most knife companies.

In a recent test of cooking knives cutco came in LAST PLACE despite being one of the more expensive knives tested:
http://www.cookingforengineers.com/article/129/Chefs-Knives-Rated

It's a low-end product sold for a high-end price thanks to a careful sales scheme. Cutco is actually a classic "case study" of this marketing technique taught in business schools. Their "product" is not so much the cutlery, but the "feel good" about the purchase that their salespeople are trained to do.

My mom's CutCo knives have not been sharpened in 20 years and they're so dull they will crush a melon without breaking the rind, but she won't send them for sharpening because she doesn't want to be without them even though they're useless in their current state.
