looks pretty good for a neighborhood joint. by that i mean a place with a relatively captive pool of potential customers. i think it would have broader appeal with some kind of attraction menu item of theme. you know, just from a marketing standpoint.

Everytime I think of Boulder I thing of these cinnamon rolls I had as a child.
My grandparents went to school there. There was a place called "The Sink" where they served glazed cinnamon rolls with peanut butter on top. These became a breakfast food item in my family and were served to me as a child. They were tasty.
