Pic unrelated but....

Made ice cream yesterday. It used 8 egg yolks. What can I do with all of these egg whites? I don't like white omelets or scrambled whites.

The ice cream was amazing btw. You should all go get an ice cream churner.

whip them together with ground coffee and sugar until it has a nice sheen to it, then put it on a baking tray and bake it at 140 for 8 hours. egg white cookies.
