What does your usual daily breakfast consist of, my co/ck/s?

Living in a University campus, I always have breakfast at a dining Hall and I always have a two plates of a portion of refried beans, potatoes, scrambled eggs topped with salsa, and scrambled eggs with potato cooked into it topped with salsa, and I always finish it off with an apple.

If I have an exam that day, I drink coffee.

How about yourselves, my Anons?

my diet is so diverse that the mean deviation of a given day's meals cannot encompass any concept approaching "usual."

Sausage, scrambled eggs, baked beans, toast, bacon

>> No.4994815

two eggs, steam basted

one slice home made bread, lightly buttered

lots of water

I don't eat breakfast usually.

>But anon, when you eat lunch you're technically breaking your fast.

Kill yourself.

I don't eat breakfast but my 'meal' I eat around 5pm is generally a breakfast food. Usually oatmeal because it keeps me full for the 14 hour shifts.

I have a bowl of macros with vitamins and mineral pills.

Sometimes I make more sophisticated things, but it's usually experimental, or dishes I'm trying to perfect.

My roommate used to eat rice for breakfast everyday and she almost always made too much. Asian roommates are the best.

Now I usually have toast and coffee every morning.

What is that chinese street food and how can I make it, it looks amazing

>> No.4994902

Whole wheat toast and nut butter with coffee usually.

I like a nice bastardized loco moco thing with a fried egg, rice, and a piece of mystery meat if I'm doing physical labor during the day. That shit keeps me completely full until dinner.

I buy it from the street, so I've never made it myself. but he makes it infront of me, and it goes something like this:
>on a large circular hotplate (his is over a foot diameter), pour a crepe (im guessing its just flour and water) - no oil
>crack an egg onto it and break it up, spread it around
>toss on some green onion, pickled ginger, chilli paste and coriander
f>old 1/3 of the crepe over and spread on some meaty sauce (its like gravy but thicker)
>place a fried cracker on it (no idea what it is, it looks and feels like pork crackle but it is wheat based)
>fold it up, chop in half, fold the halves together, put in a bag, eat
