I went to a dining hall a bit out of the way from my usual haunts. Tonight they had a special where if you paid a $3 premium on top of the meal plan you could get the special of the night, which was steak (freshly cooked to one's liking, I got blue rare) with a pumpkin polenta cake, pureed parsnips, and fig sauce. It was hard as hell to cut the steak with the shitty utensils in the hall, but it was tender and everything was fucking delicious. Even the iced tea was naturally sweet and wonderful.

It was my first time in that dining hall, too. I decided to check it out for kicks and it just happened to be the monthly premium meal night. Lucky me.

Kinda failed at dinner tonight. Thought I had relish and hot dog buns. Had buns but there was mold on them. So I boiled some Nathan's hot dogs in bud light chopped them up and topped them with diced onion and pickle. Added some ketchup, mustard, fresh cracked black pepper, and some Blair's Death Rain Nitro.

If you were an animal in the wilderness, you would starve from your insecurities. Man up.

Eat your food whenever and where ever you want.
Fuck what other people think.
I would eat a steak with my bare hands in front of a hundred people and not give a fuck.
"It's mine, fuck you; Gonna fight me for it?"
It's not being an internet tough guy. Food is by nature, at it's core, primal.

If you can't get your head around that quite yet, go see a shrink for some anti anxiety meds. Seriously.

You shouldn't ever feel that way about eating around people. I can only imagine what it must be like.

Some chicken stir fry with noodles. Served with M-150 for maximum weeb. Tastes breddy good.

Actually when to the azn store for the first time today, didn't realize there were fucking 20 different varieties of rice and wheat noodles. But the ones I got worked, whatever they are. Picked up some toasted sesame oil too.

>cook noodles in a separate pan just like any other pasta; doesn't take long, drain
>coat chicken in flour and spices, cook up, set aside
>mix up soy sauce, sugar, seseme oil, hot sauce in a bowl
>fry up the garlic (and onion if you have any; I was fresh out) and noodles for a few minutes, add a little sauce to give the noodles color
>add rest of veggies, stir-fry for a few more minutes
>add chicken, add rest of sauce, remove from heat, toss a little longer to get the sauce mixed in
>eat

That's how I do it. I'm probably doing something wrong, but it works and tastes good to me.

No, that's a good way to avoid starchy shit in your sauce. The noodles usually are coated with flour, or maybe they're dry and hard, so cooking the seperately before adding to the sauce is correct.
