What is it with fast food suddenly jumping on the spicy trend?

I went to a Mucho Burrito and they have a new item with Bhut Jolokia in it. I'm not even sure if it was real Bhut Jolokia, because it wasn't that spicy. It's supposedly the third-most spicy pepper in the world, but I felt very little burn from it; it was there, but nothing to go apeshit over.

the vegis were indeed fresh cut and the bread was tasty and puffy. the sauces were tangy and thats about it.

its the meat man, the meat is abysmal. how can you charge over 5bux for something GREY? i mean cmon, the meat had practically no taste and the texture was that of crappy middle school lunch.

I don't know if you just misinterpreted or read my post the way you wanted. Fast food is exactly that, fast. And awful, and expensive.

But if you're on 3-4 hours overtime, absolutely fuck trying to get a real meal in. And I'm not going to an actual restaurant for a 16 to 20 dollar meal while doing that shit.
