So is that just an american cheese and egg omelette sandwich? That's basically the cheapest breakfast sandwich available at diners throughout the country next to egg by itself.

This place in my city serves an italian sausage with 3 eggs (the eggs served like a plain omelet by default), peppers and onion sandwich on an italian roll. it's fucking delicious although a greasy mess. Can't find any pictures of it though.
