i have 3 lbs of cooked crayfish/crawdads/mudbugs I got at the grocery store, this one i go to has random river trout and fun stuff sometimes...

should i drop them in boiling water or steam them before digging in? its been years i dont think you can flavor them really

ok it was bretty good... hardly any meat, most of it was almost rubbery, and i had to clean it as I ate it. i got a couple that were just perfectly spiced and juicy, but when my gf came over she freaked out because apparently the place stunk to high heaven. still hungry
