Hey guys,
I was in china a while back and ate something which I remember as "Tibetan cheese balls".
After doing some research I managed to find a very unspecific recipe.
> Sour Cottage Cheese as Yak Cheese replacement
> Sugar
> Salt
> One Egg to roll the rolls in
> fry it lightly, sprinkle with sugar afterwards

The Cottage Cheese + Sugar Compilation is pretty tasty, but I can't seem to form little balls to fry it, since it won't stick together.
Any ideas?
