Got a higher end black and decker toast r oven.
What's some shit I could cook? And some cookie repies for small batches?

it metric because im in south africa

cookies

250g butter
125g brown sugar
125g white sugar
1 egg
5ml vanilla essences
500ml (2cups) flour
1/2t baking powder
1t bicarbonate soda
pinch salt

cream the butter and sugar
add the egg and vanilla
sift the rest and add to the mix
make into balls and flatten with a fork on a greased baking tray
bake for 15-20 min at 180C

to make it peanut butter cookies
replace half of the butter with peanut butter

to make ti custard cookies
make the flour 400ml and add 200ml dry custard powder to the dry mix

to make it coconut cookies
add 250ml coconut shavings to the dry mix

to make ginger cookies
add 40 - 45 g fine dry ginger to the dry

to make chock chip cookies
add 250g chocolate chips

and i dont know what this one is been playing around
double the cookie mix add 125g dark chocolate chips 125g brown chocolate chips or caramel and add 1 cup mini marshmallows
