>use syringe to inject half a cup of enchilada sauce (preferably chilli con carne)
>put in oven for 15 minutes at 360 degrees F
>then put in microwave for 20 seconds just to be safe
>left cool for 5 minutes
>mix everything together with a big spoon
>eat
>then eat cherry pie and vanilla ice cream for desert
