ITT we talk about recipes we've followed that turned out like total shit.

Pic related, I made these yesterday and they're horrid. I'm not a vegetarian, just thought it'd be a neat idea. I don't know why it calls for so much coriander and while I was making it I thought "well maybe it mixes with other flavors well." NOPE. These green patties taste fucking disgusting. I'm eating every single one of them, though, to avoid wastefulness and to atone for my culinary sins.

This one would have been good, but my first batch got ruined because the cooking time is waaaaaaaay too long.

I was on vacation and took a picture of this.Total crap and it had zero taste of maple. I modified the recipe and got something way better.
