Some days when I'm just too lazy to put much effort into my meal I just crush some cloves of garlic to peel it and then throw in the pan with some olive oil to brown all sides. Then I throw some in bak choi or what ever green I have. One summer my mother grew a lot of zucchinis so I just threw that in. and served over rice. Maybe a nice fried egg with the veggies and rice. It's meals like that sometimes that just make life awesome. I'm chinese so I eat more rice than pasta, so my version is with rice and not pasta. but both works.
