White sauce should be ontop before cheese to ensure pasta is fully cooked.
And it looks like arse piss.

Is that fucking bagged shredded "mexican" cheese?
I'm not seeing any basil there, faggot.
Christ, its like you put an uncooked sheet of pasta on some bolognese, and drizzled shitty cheese on it.
I bet you didn't even add pork or veal to the mince.

>> No.4555333

Wow. This looks awful.

You should use much more noodles. I've been making lasagna for years and I've learned different tips and variations, this will not turn out the way you need it to. Although some people may disagree with me, I always cook the noodles partially before layering. Also, I would use different cheeses. Did you add ricotta to your layers? I'm only seeing ground beef and a scarce amount of pre shredded store bought cheese. 2/10 for making me reply - would not consume.

This.

That's how I was taught. I don't make it more than like twice a year, fear not. And I don't always dot with butter and/or mozzarella di buffala.

Depends. I never said ricotta was the only type of cheese I use.

I like making different kinds of lasagna; adding eggplant, zucchini, and whichever other vegetables, meats and cheeses to It. It's clear that OP is either very new at making this dish or just trying to ruse /ck/ Ricotta is more or less the staple cheese for any simple lasagna.

Good first attempt, I would eat.

Next time spring for better ingredients though (especially by grating your own cheese and making the top layer all cheese instead of your slight sprinkle of pre-shredded)

I'd definitely eat it.

The sauce looks pretty tasty ... it's a bit low on cheese, though, but it might not be a bad thing, like I said, the sauce looks interesting.
