I'm in the process of moving.
At the new house, I mixed some ground beef/beef mince with chopped onions and rolled it into indivual 100g (about 3½-4oz US) or so balls. I've been flattening one into a burger patty, griddling it, and eating it on a roll with cheese any time during the move I've felt peckish. There are three balls left, but I plan to eat one this evening at dinner.

Be jelly. The service was amazing as well. Really cute and sweet and attentive waitress, and the manager came to the table to talk wine with us and gave us a free glass of this really nice white wine when we weren't too satisfied with the white what we originally ordered.
