Usually there's more of everything in the middle, both meat, cheese, sauce and vegetables/greens. It's evened out. It's easier to eat than you would think, though depending on how it's made you might spill some sauce of lettuce out, but that's no different from eating a sandwich with a lot on it, they usually give you a napkin or a wrapper so the mess isn't a problem.

The proper way to make it is:
1tsp cumin seeds
1tsp coriander seeds
heat both in a dry pan until they smoke. Add them to:
0.5tsp salt
2 cloves garlic
1tsp dried ginger
1tsp chilli powder

Grind mixture, then add 2 tbsp yoghurt.

Marinade chicken overnight in the mixture

Grill on high for ~6 minutes each side.

Shit will not be bright red, but will be delicious tandoori chicken.
