/ck/ Should I just do 150 for 20 minutes for my big boy peanutbutter cookie?

>> No.4312371

Damn, I hope you have a nice wide pan.
150 will not be hot enough to cook the dough evenly and quickly. Use maybe 325 or so and make the cookie as uniform as possible for best chance of success.

Yeah but if he's making a giant cookie, the middle will still be raw by the time the bottom is.

For using a pound of cookie dough(store-bought), this recipe cookies it without a raw middle

PREHEAT oven to 325° F. Grease 10- to 12-inch pizza pan or baking sheet.

PLACE whole bar of dough on prepared pan. Allow to soften for 5 to 10 minutes. Using fingertips, pat dough gently to form 8-inch circle.

BAKE for 18 to 20 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool on baking sheet for 10 minutes; remove to wire rack to cool completely.

RIP OP

>> No.4312609

Who the fuck does this shit? The deliciousness of a cookie is completely dependent on it being crunchy on the outside and gooey in the middle. You cannot achieve this with a fuck-huge megacookie, OP, you are a failure.
