Why are you cutting it out? I did the same a while ago, because I got violent on it as well as having fucked-up sleep patterns. It gets easier. What day are you on?

Fresh squeezed juice and herbal teas help me a lot when I'm avoiding caffeine. The sugar rush is a decent boost in energy, and not as bad of a crash from the more refined sugars. Just don't expect it to give you as strong or long of a lift like caffeine, and don't try to keep it going by constantly drinking juice. Your body will adjust.

Guess decaf isn't an option for kicking the caffeine if you can't even get the placebo effect.

You can find decent decaf coffee, just look around for it. I'd recommend a swiss water process, which avoids decaffeinating chemicals coming in contact with your coffee.

Otherwise, look to coffee substitutes. There's quite a few of them out there, and some of them are quite good.

Well the thing is the decaffination process takes effort and all that.

So what's a company to do? If they take beans of the same quality as regular coffee, then the extra processing means decaf will be more expensive than the regular coffee of equal quality. The other route to go is making both types of coffee equal in price by using lower quality beans for decaff. See what I mean?

So you can find decaff that doesn't taste worse, but it'll cost more.

All decaff coffee is shit. More expensive decaff is just slightly less watered down shit.

Buy fruit juice if you want to avoid caffeine, and stop ruining my beverages because you can't handle it.
