Hey /ck/,

I'm looking for the image that offers help when buying food on a low budget. Not a ramen guide, but actually helpful information that shares what kinds of food to stockpile because it's both low in cost, filling, and easy to preserve. If someone has it, could you please share it with me?

Dried goods are generally cheap and easy to store. (Beans, lentils, rice all keep for a while and are cheap.)

I'd also get into canning if you're interested in stockpiling stuff. (Turn fruit into preserves, that kind of thing, pickled vegetables)
